As you can tell from the above picture, Takeuchi-san is a great artist, but with this talent, she also has a natural instinct for what we, the readers and watchers want in a story. In creating Sailor Moon, she has merged the world of fantasy and reality so well that we can almost feel like we have become a part of Usagi's world...her hopes have become our hopes, her triumphs have become our triumphs, and her flaws are those we can relate to. Even with her beautiful powers and magical abilities, Takeuchi-san has also brought a humane characteristic into this fictional character and made us believe that just maybe, it's okay to act normal...
